About this event
Titanium22 Align and Flow is an unheated class that is great for all level students, including beginners. The class is alignment focused that emphasizes form and actions within the yoga poses. Class builds progressively as the sequence moves towards culminating poses and spending time breaking down techniques which bring better awareness to the depth of poses. This class will also use a variety of our available props as the center of focus while doing the poses.
