Deep dive into data search skills: finding and accessing critical datasets for your projects

About this event

Whether you are looking for data about apartment rentals, data centers, historical census records, magazine articles, financial in struments, or something else entirely, the Brown University Library is your home for data search! In this interactive workshop, we'll explore our diverse database and dataset holdings with a focus on social science topic areas. We'll also focus on core data search skills like secondary dataset search and targeted academic search. By the end, you'll have a deeper understanding of the data search process and hundreds of new datasets to explore and analyze.
