About this event
This program is an introduction to common parkour movements, technique, and theory. The group-style classes focus on strength and conditioning, style, fluidity, agility, speed, jumping, and acrobatics. Students will learn to use their environment to get from one place to another in the most efficient way possible. Using the environment for acrobatics is also taught, though this is reserved for higher level students.
