- ➤ The fifty-fifth annual Reverend Robert L. Williams National Black History Program will be held at Rogers High School Auditorium on Friday, Feb. 13 at 9:30 a.m. The one-hour event (which will include scholarship awards for two students and one adult) will honor local achievements.
