- ➤ Coggeshall Farm Museum in Bristol will host Maple Sugaring Days on March 7 and 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., where visitors learn to make maple sugar, join a scavenger hunt, craft and children's games. Admission is $10 for adults plus $5 for kids; members join free. The Newport Daily News

EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ University of Rhode Island and the Department of Environmental Management will begin work to reopen the W. Alton Jones campus this spring, transforming it into a Natural Resource Center and Environmental Education Hub + restoring public access by the end of 2026. WJAR NBC 10

- ➤ State Archives is collecting photographs from residents to document the record-setting Blizzard of 2026, which dropped over three feet of snow in Providence last week.
