102-year-old Monica Rita Marcucci, born in Newport and known for her many local roles, passed away on Wednesday, March 18 in Middletown, surrounded by family.

Visiting hours are Sunday, March 22 at O’Neill-Hayes Funeral Home, with a Mass Monday at St. Lucy’s Church.
