Newport in Bloom and Daffodillion are urging RIDOT and the City Council to restore 90,000 Dutch Master daffodil bulbs removed during renovations at Pell Bridge off-ramps, Roundabout, and Farewell-America's Cup Avenue with a fall replanting to bring a vibrant bloom in spring 2027.
