  • Heidi List Murphy reimagined List Academy of Music, which she founded in 1993, to focus on music therapy for seniors and veterans to help with cognitive decline and neurological disorders.   • Newport's Department of Utilities will launch a new billing system mid-August that lets customers use new payment options — such as Venmo and Google Pay — and removes processing fees.
