  • Aquapalooza, an unofficial boat party held on Prudence Island yesterday, drew large crowds and law enforcement from Portsmouth, Providence, and Cranston — officials said the event is now in its 14th year.   • Isobel—a 15-year-old Make-A-Wish recipient with a nervous system disorder—visited Newport this summer with her family and received the key to the city during a private reception at Hotel Viking, where Mayor Charlie Holder praised her strength.   • Indie-pop band Fitz and the Tantrums will perform at the International Tennis Hall of Fame on Aug. 23 at 8 p.m. — the final act of a three-day induction celebration that will begin on Aug. 22.  What's Up Newp
  • At Newport Polo, a packed crowd watched the world premiere of the documentary "Conviction of the Heart" on Kenny Loggins—he joined filmmaker Dori Berinstein and moderator Addie Morfoot to share his reflections on ending his touring career.
