- ➤ Devon Flanagan, a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Attorney General’s office, will begin unpaid leave on Monday after an alleged trespassing incident captured on a Newport police officer’s body camera on August 14 outside Clarke Cook House restaurant—she now faces charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
