- ➤ The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a stop-work order for the Revolution Wind project 15 miles off the Rhode Island coast; the project is 80% complete and aims to power 350,000 homes by 2026. Local leaders and groups have reacted strongly — supporters warn that the pause may lead to higher energy prices this winter while opponents stress it will improve safety for navigation and wildlife.
