  • The Heritage Group announced it acquired Crisp Restaurant Group—bringing Providence Coal Fired Pizza and Union Station Brewery into its portfolio while keeping all current staff. Operating partner Dave Bertolini will join to help grow these well-known restaurant brands.  WJAR NBC 10

CULTURE NEWS

  • Yagi Noodles will host a cocktail party tomorrow at 20 Long Wharf Mall from 4 to 8 p.m. in Newport—Rejects Beer Co. and Fortune Tattoos will join to offer Asian street food, a new collaboration brew, live punk rock vinyl spins and flash tattooing. Tickets cost $49 per person and include a welcome sake bomb, three small plates and three beer pairings; advance booking is recommended due to limited capacity.  What's Up Newp
  • House Finance Committee Chairman Marvin L. Abney and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Louis P.
