Federal and state health officials are investigating 13 cases of infant botulism linked to recalled ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula in 10 states, with a Rhode Island infant diagnosed on November 7 and now recovering.
Families are urged to discard formula from lots 206VABP/251261P2 and 206VABP/251131P2 and clean any surfaces that contacted the product.
