About this event

Join us Saturday, November 7 from 9am to 3pm for an 11-mile hike across Providence! Inspired by the San Francisco Crosstown Trail, this walking route traverses both quiet neighborhoods and a variety of parks across the city of Providence. Cross the city by foot for a whole new perspective on PVD!

A variant of the Providence Crosstown Trail that goes through Olneyville and the West End, taking in the following highlights: Neutaconkanut Hill (hike start), Merino Park, Woonasquatucket River Greenway, Donigian Park, Wedding Cake House, Dexter Training Ground, Roger Williams Park, Columbia Park, JWU Harborside Campus, Fields Point windmills, and Save the Bay Center (hike end). Halfway Point/Lunch Stop: Urban Greens, 93 Cranston Street. Those who are not joining for the whole walk can peel off after lunch!
